We spec and quote
Our team works with the factory to confirm feasibility, finalize specs, and send you a detailed quote. Visual samples — photos, video walkthroughs, and 3D renderings — are provided at no cost.

Approve and produce
Review the specs and visual samples. If you need a physical sample, we ship one to you (you cover the shipping cost). Once approved, production begins and payment is due in full.

Receive your inventory
Your custom order ships from our Flushing, NY warehouse. Typical turnaround is 1-3 business days for expedited requests. All timelines are confirmed at order based on scope and factory availability.

Minimum order: ~50 units
The general MOQ for a custom factory run is 50 units. This is flexible depending on the product and your needs — if the item is already in active production, quantities can be adjusted case by case.
Lead time: 1-3 business days
For expedited requests. Rush and overnight turnaround may be possible in select cases. All timelines are confirmed at the time of order based on scope and factory availability.
Payment: full on confirmation
Payment is due in full once the order is confirmed and production begins. No partial deposit structure. Standard checkout methods apply: credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

No net terms on custom runs
Custom orders are paid in full upfront. We don't offer financing or net terms on factory-direct production.
