Will iPhone 17 Pro cases fit the iPhone 18 Pro?
No. The 18 Pro's raised camera edges stop them. It works the other way round though — 18 Pro cases fit the 17 Pro, so one SKU covers both.
Is there a new customer offer?
Yes. New accounts get $50 off a first order of $100 or more. The offer is valid for 7 days after you create your account, then it expires.
Do you have iPhone 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max accessories?
Yes, both lineups are in stock and shipping now — clear, magnetic, heavy duty, wallet, silicone and ring stand styles, plus tempered glass and camera lens protectors.
Is there a minimum order?
Not for resellers: no minimum quantity per item or per color, and no minimum dollar value. Businesses buying in bulk that aren't reselling have a $100 minimum order value.
How fast is account approval?
A couple of minutes once your account is set up. Approval runs in the background, so you can start ordering right away.
Do products come barcoded?
Yes. Everything ships in retail packaging with a hanging tab and a scannable barcode, so it goes onto the pegboard and into your POS without relabeling.
How do you handle payment and terms?
Credit card, PayPal or bank transfer, paid upfront at checkout. We do not offer net terms, financing or dropshipping.
When do orders ship and arrive?
Orders placed by 5PM ET ship the same business day from Flushing, NY via UPS. Delivery takes one to five business days to most of the US, depending on your state.
How does tax exemption work?
Provide your business details and resale certificate when you set up your account. If you can't then, you can still order — we need it before your first order ships. Businesses buying in bulk that aren't reselling pay sales tax. See resale certificate and tax exemption.
What if something arrives damaged?
We'll make it right with an exchange, store credit or a replacement. See warranty and damage claims for how to file.
Can I order for several store locations?
Yes. Run a main account with a sub-account per location — each manager gets their own login, and every order rolls up to you.
