When do I pay for my order?
All orders are paid upfront. We don't offer credit or net terms.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
Can I place an order before sending my tax documents?
Yes. You can order first. Our team then asks for your tax documents before the order ships.
What tax documents do you need, and when?
Our team asks for your EIN/Tax ID and your reseller certificate before the order ships.
Are purchases for resale tax exempt?
Yes. Purchases for resale are tax exempt.

Where do you ship?
We ship only within the USA, from our New York warehouse.
When do orders ship?
Orders placed by 5 PM ET, Monday to Friday, ship the same day via UPS.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on orders over $300.
Is expedited shipping available?
Yes. Expedited shipping is available.
How long does delivery take?
UPS Ground delivery from our New York warehouse:

How will I know where my order is?

Can I return an order?
No, we don't accept returns. We do offer an exchange or store credit when the problem is on our side. See the next question.
When can I get an exchange or store credit?
Within 30 days, only if the problem is on our side: a defective item, a damaged item, or the wrong item or quantity sent.
What if my order arrives damaged or items are missing?
