A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can track your package directly through UPS using that number. If your tracking hasn't updated within 24 hours of shipment, contact us.

If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, this is covered under our warranty. File a claim within 30 days of delivery with photo or video proof. We'll send a replacement, exchange, or account credit. No cash refunds.
